We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customers and the order may be subjected to a recharge fee for re-delivery.

Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2-3 business days. You can expect your delivery within the above time frame (but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners). You shall examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages.

*Please note that we do not offer home or office pick-ups for returns.

 

Terms & Condition for Free Delivery

1. In-stock products with local delivery are qualified for free delivery with minimum spend of £ 20 on your First Order only. For orders exceeding the quantity limit, the customer has to shoulder the difference for the delivery charge. Hence, any order below and succeeding future orders is subject to delivery fee base on the quantity and location.

2. Pre-ordered products are free delivery but have to expect longer duration as our suppliers overseas use different couriers. Selected products from pre-order have a quantity limit due to the available size package. Pre-ordered products do not provide tracking numbers (*Currently not available).
